Terms of Reference:
The 2019 COSPAR Strategic Plan established a renewed policy for diversity and inclusion, with the purpose to actively promote diversity and equity in all activities, and to identify meaningful roles for all researchers across COSPAR programs. Furthermore, the IDEA initiative is envisioned to encompass a broader and forward-looking definition of inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility, and its implementation will drive growth and impact for COSPAR global constituents and new members across all areas of scientific inquiry well into the future.
