Singapore Joins COSPAR

On 9 April Singapore became a member of COSPAR with the Office for Space Technology & Industry, Singapore (OSTIn) as the national scientific institute. The COSPAR community extends a warm welcome.

All articles of the first issue of the year of ASR (71/01) are OpenAccess for one complete year, as courtesy of Elsevier.  These 80 peer-reviewed articles (1215 pages) can be downloaded by anyone without any paid subscription to the journal at: https://www.sciencedirect.com/journal/advances-in-space-research/vol/71/issue/1
